This hotel exceeded my expectations with its unique, cave-like rooms and spacious bathrooms. the location was great, situated in a broken down area yet still within walking distance to the city centre. We were able to watch hot air balloons in the sky by 6 AM, creating a mesmerizing view. the service was exceptional, with the owner able to arrange tours and taxis to all the sites we wanted to see with no guide required. Breakfast was satisfying and had a variety of options to choose from.
Some members of the staff had difficulty speaking English, causing communication to be a bit of a challenge at times.

Spent xmas in a cave hotel, and loved the unique experience of living in a cave for a few days. the heating was good, and the room was pretty cosy, which was great considering the winter chill outside. They had a nice breakfast every morning and the staff were friendly. the location was killer for walking around and exploring the town, and the views of the valley from the terrace were stunning.
The room was a bit dark, and the lighting was insufficient for reading or working. the bath was not very user-friendly and could use some refurbishing.

The breakfast was lacking in variety and flavor. the room lacked proper lighting, making it difficult to see and read.
